List MCP apps

Retrieves comprehensive information about all MCP applications registered with the router. Returns detailed data for each app including its name, installation status, configuration path, configured state, authentication tokens (if available), authorized server access permissions, and whether it's a custom or pre-packaged application. This endpoint is essential for managing application access control and monitoring app status.
